W. Reed Woods

Mr. Woods is President and Owner of Stonebridge Group LLC. He graduated with a B.S. Degree in Building Design and Construction from Pittsburg State University in 1973. He was the owner of several large commercial construction companies, Dyer Construction, Inc, a union commercial and industrial construction company, and also W.R. Woods Construction Co, Inc.,a non-union commercial and industrial company. Mr. Woods retired in 1994 after selling his construction business. After eight years of retirement, he received an offer to purchase Stonebridge in 2003. At that time, Stonebridge had one client and one employee. Under his guidance, Stonebridge now has multiple clients with projects across the United States and has grown one thousand percent in the last 8 years. A new office has recently been added in Philadelphia and plans are currently in process for a new office in Phoenix in 2012.

Carol Woods

CEO & CFO and Co-Owner of Stonebridge Group Native, LLC. Ms. Woods graduated with a degree in Business Administration and is a member of the Osage Tribe. Carol worked in management in the oil and gas business and education. After joining her husband at Stonebridge, she has spent many years working full time in Accounting and Marketing.
