After successfully completing new hospitals for Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Tulsa, Philadelphia and Phoenix, Stonebridge was selected to serve as the Owner’s Representative for CTCA’s new $126,000,000 in Newnan, Georgia a suburb of Atlanta. The original extremely aggressive schedule called for the hospital to be completed in 15 months (typically a 36-month schedule for the scope). After completion of the construction documents, the new hospital was fully modeled in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software prior to the start of the construction. This process allowed the 225,000 SF project to be constructed in 12 months from start to completion. In addition to completing the project early, Stonebridge was able to save CTCA $8,000,000 in cost savings by the completion of the project.Stonebridge subsequently served as the Owner’s Representative for CTCA on 9 expansion and renovation projects totaling over $90,000,000 at the Newnan facility.
