Long-time client The George Kaiser Family Foundation asked Stonebridge to serve as Owner’s Representative for the historic renovation of the Universal Ford and Hotel Fox buildings in the Tulsa Arts District. The Universal Ford Building renovation resulted in 23 apartments, a 11,000 SF co-working space and a brewpub. The Hotel Fox building is the oldest building in Tulsa’s downtown area. The Hotel Fox project resulted in a bakery and café, a restaurant, and another commercial space. The upstairs contained commercial office space.
