Guthrie Green

Stonebridge served as Owner’s Representative for long-term client, the George Kaiser Family Foundation, for their new urban park in downtown Tulsa called Guthrie Green. This 2.6-acre urban park, once a truck loading facility is located in the heart of the Tulsa Arts District. The park includes a multi-purpose lawn and outdoor stage for events, along with interactive foundations, gardens, and a restaurant pavilion. Under the park, a giant geothermal sink was installed with a heat source exchange system which reduces the total energy usage of the park and surrounding museums and art galleries by 60%.
