Stonebridge served as the Owner’s Representative for LSI’s new corporate headquarters and ambulatory surgery center. The six-story 180,000 SF medical office building is located near Tampa International Airport within Avion Park. The facility has space for LSI’s corporate administrative offices as well as a 29,000 SF regional ambulatory surgery center and other patient facilities.
