Osage Casino Resort

Osage Casinos hired Stonebridge Group to be their Owner’s Representative on their new Osage Casino Resort in Tulsa, Oklahoma. At the start of design, Osage Casinos expectation was just new state-of-the-art casino and hotel. Upon completion of bidding, the construction manager was $10,000,000 under budget. Osage Casinos was able to add a 1,040-space parking garage, event center and resort style pool to the original scope while staying within their original budget. The original scope and added scope were all completed within the Owner’s original schedule.
