Stonebridge was hired by Tulsa County to serve as their Owner’s Representative on their new juvenile justice facility. When Stonebridge was brought in the project team was already selected and the project was projected to be over $40M over budget. We worked with the architect to value engineer the design to help bring the project in budget. When the selected construction manager still couldn’t get the project in budget, we recommended to the county to replace the construction manager and competitively bid the project. Crossland Construction was selected and the project was finished within the County’s original budget saving the County over $40M.
