Stonebridge was the Owner’s Representative for long-time client the George Kaiser Family Foundation for their renovation of the old Tulsa Paper Company building in the Tulsa Arts District. The building was originally built 1922 and stretches for an entire block. The 94,000 SF preserved the historic elements of the building’s exterior and completely modernized the interior. The Tulsa Paper Company houses modern community and museum spaces such as, The Henry Zarrow Center of Art and Education, Philbrook Downtown, 108 Contemporary, Woody Guthrie Center, and the Fly Loft. In addition, Stonebridge also served as Owner’s Representative on several of the tenant buildouts.
